In the May update from Police and Crime Commissioner Jonathan Evison, he talks about his role as the public representative on policing matters and how the number of Humberside Police officers continues to increase to better serve the public.
Jonathan also looks at the Proceeds of Crime Act and how money and assets recovered from criminals is being put to good use, the creation of a new victims’ service which will improve outcomes for anyone affected by crime, and how violent crime will be tackled by a new partnership arrangement in our region.
