Grimsby town centre as a destination was the idea behind a visit to Sheffield yesterday.
Members of the North East Lincolnshire Conservatives travelled to the South Yorkshire city to watch the Sheffield Steelers ice hockey team play – an opportunity for thinking about how ideas can be adapted for our own town, in light of the push for a new multi-purpose ice rink.
The atmosphere at the match was great and a real family occasion, with the Steelers winning 2-1 against Manchester Storm.
