Conservative Marian Boyd has been elected to serve as councillor in yesterday’s Park Ward by-election.
The by-election was called to choose a successor following the sad death of Councillor Debbie Woodward in December.
The count took place last night in the Territorial Army Hall, Westward Ho, Grimsby, and the results were: 715 Conservative; 578 Labour; 478 Liberal Democrats; and 70 TUSC.
Thank you to all residents in the ward who voted.
